Overview

Search supports two kinds of results:

Semantic search finds related commits and sessions based on meaning and keywords.
Code search finds literal text in your indexed repositories, such as function names, error messages, and configuration keys.

Search in Entire.io or the CLI

Surface	Semantic search	Code search
Entire.io	Use the Commits and Sessions tabs.	Use the Code tab.
Entire CLI	Run `entire search "QUERY"`.	Run `entire search --code "TEXT"`.

Use history and code search from the Search page.
